Luke Kozak - Managing Director
My fascination with rivers began on the river Nadder at Teffont in Wiltshire when I was fourteen years old, where I had the opportunity to experience the work of a river keeper for the week. It was a short spell of work but it didn't take long for me to realise that it was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. As a school leaver I went straight to the Leckford Estate on the River Test and spent a year developing my skills as a chalk stream keeper. Since then I have regularly worked with my angling club on work parties helping to improve and maintain the club's waters. I've gained experience working as a project manager on several major river restorations, one of which was Bourne Rivulet rehabilitation project on the upper Test, which was runner up in the 2008 Bernard Venables Restoration award for the Wild Trout Trust. I've also worked for the Wild Trout Trust as a contractor giving practical assistance and advice on habitat improvements for small fishing clubs and syndicates.

For me fly-fishing is a passion and I fish the waters of the Hampshire Avon above Salisbury as a member of Salisbury and District Angling Club. I am an experienced fisherman with a love of small stream fishing and have been featured fishing the river Nadder in Catch Magazine, the world’s biggest online fly-fishing magazine.
